I had a great experience at this Chase location with Josephine. She is so kind and thoughtful - I would not hesitate to go back to her for any of my Chase banking needs!
Theresa is unbelievably rude along with the staff. They make it very difficult to close your CD once you open one. Really horrible customer service all around at this branch . Corporate should look into this.

We have not been to this Chase Branch before yesterday. As soon as we walked in, Ms. Rose asked us how she can help us! Our need was for a Private Client Banker to work on. Mr. Nicholas G. Lupi invited us to his office promptly. He listened and did everything he could to assist us walk out with what we needed. He was empathetic even when my husband rang him later in the day and requested to undo what we walked out with🫡! Chase Bank staff at this branch deserve praiseand our genuine thanks.
