I walked in today, 3/16/23 at 4:53pm, (wore jean-jacket, blonde hair) to get cash advance, never had any issues with this branch in the past, was served at left hand teller station. The teller who worked that day, female, hispanic, I asked for her name and caught Viola (?), gave me the wrong amount of money. I was missing $100. She asked: "Was the amount $475 or 575?" This place seems more bankers than tellers. I was told there is only bankers and we need to make an appointment. If we just need to withdraw or deposit money, we can use the machines ourselves. I withdrew the cash here inside and no one greeted us. Maybe it is Christmas time, everyone seems to be gone for long holiday. I hope this one is good, but from the review, it seems the other way around.
