I don't know how any bank can have a line of 15 customers waiting to see 1 teller. Making it worse, there were 3 other bankers in the back, including the branch manager Rey Camejo. When I complained that Chase should have more tellers, he got combative with me. I reminded him that I was the customer in line, waiting to be helped. He told me to leave his branch. Such arrogance.
