I’ve given this Chase branch multiple chances, but the service continues to disappoint. I went in to open a high school account for my daughter and close her kids' account. While I was waiting, two other customers arrived without appointments—I know this because the staff asked them questions in the middle of the lobby. I am writing this review to commend the exceptional customer service provided by Dominik Muñoz at the Chase branch in Aventura. During my recent visit to the bank to make a transfer, I was informed by the front desk staff that I would need to wait at least 45 minutes for assistance. After approximately half an hour of waiting, I observed that many employees were engaged in socializing rather than attending to customer needs.
