I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Chase branch. The customer service throughout the entire process has been terrible. No one takes ownership or follows up on customer issues. The branch manager personally told me he would call me back after I met with him, but I'm still waiting for that call. I went back to the branch a second time when he wasn't there, and another employee assured me they would remind him to contact me. Once again, no one ever called.
