Had a terrible experience with staff at this location. Asked for a manager who played the tough guy role.
Made the appointment for 9:45am to open a business account. After arriving I was informed that the banker couldn't make the appointment. I was asked to wait for the next available banker. After 15 minutes... still waiting for someone. I finally left
First time here and Shmuel provided great service! I needed branch assistance to perform a transaction. Shmuel was patient and polite. He explained the process and communicated every step that needed to be taken. I would use this branch again.
