I’ve been a long-time Chase customer, but the ATM machines and self-service kiosks at the Westfield, NJ location are beyond frustrating. For months now, these machines have been consistently unreliable—either out of service or malfunctioning when you need them most. I have been trying to call this branch two days in the row multiple times a day but nobody ever picks up the phone , that’s a bad customer service

I had a difficult problem that I couldn’t solve through the app. Thankfully I went to this branch. The people who helped me were so friendly not only that, they went above and beyond. I was so pleased. The issue was solved within 24 hours and I am so thankful.

Made two attempts to try to do business with this branch with no success. Outside of the teller, everyone else is allegedly busier than it shows since both times there was not actually anyone in the waiting room or sitting across from any of the reps at any of the desks. The second time I actually made an appointment only to show up albeit a little bit behind schedule and told to go online to open an account. I was ready then and there both days. This must be the apple of Jamie Dimon’s eye.
