My hero today is Walter Daga. I walked into the branch office looking tax related documents and Mr Daga got me what I needed. It was a very nice experience.
Chase Bank is awesome but the Westfield location is so out dated. The ATMs do not work ever…

I’ve been a long-time Chase customer, but the ATM machines and self-service kiosks at the Westfield, NJ location are beyond frustrating. For months now, these machines have been consistently unreliable—either out of service or malfunctioning when you need them most. It’s incredibly inconvenient, especially for those of us who rely on these machines outside of regular banking hours.
