Had an issue with some auto payments to my credit union disconnecting via Plaid. I couldn't solve it over the phone with my credit union. And I wasn't getting much help from customer support over the phone with Chase. So I came in here in person to help clear the issue. Their teller, Yolanta, was so patient and walked me through it. Thanks Yolanta for all the help!!
Lol! 100% of the time they do NOT PICK UP THE PHONE.. Even when it's slow a day and time. The staff knows "Do not touch the phones" we can get away with it because we are a "Busy" location. Lol! I lived downtown next to a busy Chase Bank and the ALWAYS answered the phone.. everytime... why inconvenience consumers is this manner on your slow days and times when u are able to answer but don't. 🤷♀️ GO "INSIDE" THIS Chase LOCATION AND RING THEIR PHONE.. They will ignore your call infront of u.. 👀 on a slow day.

They were very helpful with my bank account and it was very fast.
One drive thru lane and 3 ATMs. Need I say more? Chaos in that line.
