The person I had a meeting with was rude to my father when she called to confirm the appointment. She was arrogant towards me as soon as I arrived because she had no idea what letter I need (they helped me without a problem at another branch). Even the manager came over with a bad attitude. The people at this branch are unhappy & unhelpful. Skip coming here. Pick an appointment at any other location.
Zero cars in drive thru. Zero customers in the bank, two tellers chatting with each other, denied my deposit because too many coins. 🤦♂️. I own multiple businesses and I’m going to a different bank. Thanks Chase.
ATM machine has been broken for months now. No one is fixing it!
The machines at this location are not working at all. I tried one at the drive-thru and another inside, but neither of them worked.
