I would really give 0/5 if could. Worse customer service ever!! Regardless how long you been with them they dont care. I wouldn’t recommend to bank with them. I can see why the reviews are so low!! There are so much better banks out there who values customer relationship and goes above and beyond!!! So glad for not banking with them !! Worse bank ever
Katie is by far the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with. Being a chase private client for so many years. She had no idea how to do her job. She brought bad rating to this location.

We are a retired senior couple and just opened a checking account a week ago. The branch manager, McKenna Doose, was so kind and professional with patience and smile for over an hour to set it up including mobile app, zelle, and other banking services. We feel so blessed and happy to recommend this branch to everyone wo is looking for a bank you can trust.
