I would really give 0/5 if could. Worse customer service ever!! Regardless how long you been with them they dont care. I wouldn’t recommend to bank with them. I can see why the reviews are so low!! There are so much better banks out there who values customer relationship and goes above and beyond!!! So glad for not banking with them !! Worse bank ever

The branch manager, McKenna Doose, was so kind and professional with patience and smile for over an hour to set it up including mobile app, zelle, and other banking services.
