Manager here is rude.
Slowest Chase ive ever been to.... Pulled up with 1 car in line, in front of me. 40 min later I pulled away. 3 ladies working the drive through and the inside... Chase got rid of the Tellers and added machines. Nice job....
No greeting or anybody to help when walking in. Finally got ahold.of someone to get a paper notarized. Was told to wait. Waited 5 min with everyone ignoring me. Saw them ask the person to notarize and decided to take lunch instead. Would take 30 seconds to stamp.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone at this branch via phone all day however no answer.
