Fantastic experience. Personal Banker Samira was very helpful and knowledgeable in opening business account. Branch Manager Syed was also very helpful in sharing all the bank services.
This one star isn't just for the location specifically, but it's for chase as a company in general. If I could give zero stars I would gladly do so. I have been a chase customer for more than a handful of years. I used to love this bank and never had any problems. However, the past couple of years I have had nothing but issues with the company. They act like so weird. I did not have an appointment, but I saw some of the staff were available but they still do not help you. Everything should be online only.
