Very disappointing experience at this Chase branch. There were four bankers working, yet the moment I walked in I was immediately questioned about whether I had an appointment—no greeting, no “hello,” and no offer to help. I was essentially turned away right away. The lack of basic customer service was shocking, and I’m honestly not sure how this location continues to operate with this level of professionalism.
여직원이 너무나 친절하게 설명해주고 통역까지 해줘서 아이랑 같이 갔는데 너무 고마웠습니다. 10월9일에 개설해서 정말 잘쓰고 있어요. 별점이 왜 낮은지 이해가 안되었어요. 그 직원은 제가 정말 칭찬합니다!!!

Horrible, understaffed under qualified tellers, managers are a disaster, no matter if you are doing a single or multiple transactions
Run from this branch, maybe Chase Bank altogether. Neglectful and deceptive when attempting to open an estate account and even after a complaint never received follow up as they indicated. Forget calls being answered too. If you want bad service this is the place for you.
