I can’t seem to ever get a hold of a staff member to attend a phone appointment. 3 times, I’ve tried to book a phone appointment and 3 times I’ve waited by my phone in futility. How do you operate this way and service your customers abroad? I need to know my account officer and can’t find that info anywhere? This is really frustrating and i can’t keep banking this way!
