Very bad attitude, unwilling to handle business for new users
Rude customer service. No will of helping
Terrible experience. I walked in trying to open an investment account no less and first I was greeted by someone other than the person I had scheduled the appointment. He walked me in his "office" and he was having lunch out of a Tupperware which I thought was disgusting and out of place - I could see his food from where I was sitting. I can’t seem to ever get a hold of a staff member to attend a phone appointment. 3 times, I’ve tried to book a phone appointment and 3 times I’ve waited by my phone in futility. How do you operate this way and service your customers abroad? I need to know my account officer and can’t find that info anywhere? This is really frustrating and i can’t keep banking this way!
