Horrible, understaffed under qualified tellers, managers are a disaster, no matter if you are doing a single or multiple transactions
Run from this branch, maybe Chase Bank altogether. Neglectful and deceptive when attempting to open an estate account and even after a complaint never received follow up as they indicated. Forget calls being answered too. If you want bad service this is the place for you.
Very bad attitude, unwilling to handle business for new users
Rude customer service. No will of helping
Terrible experience. I walked in trying to open an investment account no less and first I was greeted by someone other than the person I had scheduled the appointment. He walked me in his "office" and he was having lunch out of a Tupperware which I thought was disgusting and out of place - I could see his food from where I was sitting. Then he had no idea why I was there even though I had specifically mentioned it before. Then he said "you can look at everything online and set up the account yourself". Just terrible.
