So you would think that businesses with such low ratings would actually look into the feedback and make improvements. This location it is laughable. They usually only have one outside operating atm. I came in once just to simply to change my telephone number on my account. I needed an appointment just to do that, but they had no appointments for the day. Awesome. Today I went to your bank to update the name on my account. A woman wearing glasses assisted me, but her attitude and professionalism were extremely poor. When I asked her to help me call and make the correction, she immediately said, “You can’t speak English, so I can’t help you.” I told her that Chase offers translation services, but she just replied indifferently, “Then you wait.” Because of this, I went to another Chase branch, and their staff solved the same problem for me within thirty seconds.
