Today I went to your bank to update the name on my account. A woman wearing glasses assisted me, but her attitude and professionalism were extremely poor. When I asked her to help me call and make the correction, she immediately said, “You can’t speak English, so I can’t help you.” I told her that Chase offers translation services, but she just replied indifferently, “Then you wait.” Because of this, I went to another Chase branch, and their staff solved the same problem for me within thirty seconds. Worst bank ever. Worst customer service, they dont care for their customers. Outside customer service is even more bad then inside service. They haven't repair their ATMs more then 3 months now. Customers have to wait in a long line. It's so awful being this big company bank can't fix things.
