My dad and I have been here three times to add myself to his bank account. Twice there was no one here to help us. So you would think that businesses with such low ratings would actually look into the feedback and make improvements. This location it is laughable. They usually only have one outside operating atmosphere. I came in once just to simply to change my telephone number on my account. I needed an appointment just to do that, but they had no appointments for the day. Awesome. The layout of the bank is so awkward.
