I never even waste time to leave a bad review - customer service is the worst here. Time wasted.
I made appointment ahead of time. When I arrived they notified me the banker was out sick but got Hans Monroy to help me right away. My matter was handled in 10 minutes.
Oh Eric, Abel, Hans...you're like my personal 3 wise guyz. Do I love seeing you everyday...yes, yes, I do. Therefore even though the death of my mom is not happy...you make me feel seen, heard, and known... And yes. I do so love the games people play.
Very busy branch but employees were nice, helpful and did the best to get me in and out. I have gone to other local banks and transaction takes long but not here.
Very helpful and cordial young lady (??) and gentleman (Eric) who gave me their full attention and answered all my questions. The topics ranged from wires, checks, card, and account benefits.
