Very slow service in the drive through
I go here all the time. Tellers are very friendly. My checking account fees were reversed twice since I was not aware what was happening and why I was charged.
Worst bank branch on planet earth. ATM ate my work deposit cash and checks on several occasions and they act if it's my fault. Very rude and extremely condensending.
What should have been handled in one visit took 7 hours and multiple calls. The manager was great to work with, once I asked for him, but the incompetence of others along the way made a hard situation much harder. And…after speaking to the manager, they messed up more. Another hour in the phone. And countless things to track after. Chase is the worst. Can’t wait to close my accounts.
