Worst bank branch on planet earth. ATM ate my work deposit cash and checks on several occasions and they act if it's my fault. Very rude and extremely condensending.
What should have been handled in one visit took 7 hours and multiple calls. The manager was great to work with, once I asked for him, but the incompetence of others along the way made a hard situation much harder. And…after speaking to the manager, they messed up more. Another hour in the phone. And countless things to track after. Chase is the worst. Can’t wait to close my accounts.

They need to do business until 5pm or change posted hours. I have both business and personal accounts with chase so I figured it's a good bank to open my 16 year old a bank account. We walked in at around 4:30 and we were the only customers in there at the time. We waited patiently while 2 employees (not tellers) finished socializing and laughing. I'm concerned about the spiders at the ATM. Those suckers are big. If one of them were venomous, it could potentially turn into a liability issue.
