I was nearby and wanted to stop by this bank, but after reading reviews about it, I decided it wasn't worth it. I'd rather go to my branch, where they are happy to see customers!!
Stay away from this Chase branch, very rude and unprofessional..Amy Baxter to be specific.
Very disappointed with the service at this Chase branch today. I walked in and the bank was empty. There were only two tellers—one was helping a customer for almost 30 minutes, and the other was at her window but didn’t acknowledge me at all. She didn’t say hello, didn’t ask if I needed help, and made no effort to get someone else to assist. I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes, and not a single person approached me or even greeted me.
