Very disappointed with the service at this Chase branch today. I walked in and the bank was empty. There were only two tellers—one was helping a customer for almost 30 minutes, and the other was at her window but didn’t acknowledge me at all. She didn’t say hello, didn’t ask if I needed help, and made no effort to get someone else to assist. I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes, and not a single person approached me or even greeted me. Trash road full of crater sized potholes
I do not appreciate Daniel Hill calling on my "contractors" behalf and demanding I send him cash. This was very unprofessional and considering that the contractor had an issue with his Chase account, it didn't concern me. Turns out the contractor doesn't have a valid license and has let all of his LLCs lapse... Perhaps that is why he had an issue with his business account!?
