I came in to open up a business checking account with Chase. Taylor Stoll (Relationship Banker) did a phenomenal job. Professionalism top notch. Exceptional customer service. Very friendly. After we finished up signing documents, the VP Branch Manager Keisha Macon came in to thank me for setting up accounts with Chase. That's how business should conducted. Setting the example. Will be coming back to open up a personal account to have Chase handle personal banking matters. Thank you again for a great business experience.
I should have stayed away. My first clue should have been that they don's answer the phone. When I got there to get a notary there was only one available. The teller sent an email to the person and asked me to have a seat. He (corner office) got off of the phone and closed the door. The teller came back to me and said that there was something on his calendar that she could not see and he was now busy. This branch is NOT about customer service. It only take 5 minutes to sign and notarize. Find another branch!
