Absolute worst customer service! I walked in today to open and checking and savings account and waited over 40 minutes for the manager to assist me, but he didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. (I must say the staff at the teller windows were very nice and almost embarrassed by their managers behavior). I left and went down the street to Synovus Bank and was promptly greeted and my accounts opened. While I was there, the manager even stopped to welcome me to the bank. Now that’s great customer service!
I came in to have my account closed because I was had subscriptions that I wasnt able to cancel. I was told that the can close the account and start a new one fresh and wouldn't get charged for anything from the old account. I was lied to and found out that all of my subscriptions transfered over to the new account. They don't take any responsibility. I rarely write reviews, but I’m truly hoping someone from corporate or support sees this. I’ve been a loyal Chase customer for years and have always valued their services. This particular branch has a fantastic team of advisors who are consistently helpful. HOWEVER, the ATM here has been an ongoing issue. I deposit cash weekly for my job, and this is by far the worst ATM I have ever encountered. No, literally… the worst.
