I just have to Laugh 2.9 stars is about right , hopefully my review will make it go to 2.8 stars ,,, The worst bank I have ever dealt with or had , folks way better banks out there , They offer nothing at all , no way to save no high interest , they out of nowhere contestants lock you out of your account for no reason after Verifying you , they lock it again,,, see ya don’t need ya …… I was hung up on 4 times to get resolved , transfer you around and have absolutely no reason for locking your account …. This is the Best Chase around. Customer service A-1. Very Friendly staff. They redid the whole bank after the hurricane. Most likely new employees. The 1 Star reviews are 100% B. S. I am a customer and have been for 7 years now. I love this branch they are awesome.
CLOSED since Fall 2024, hurricane. ZERO star for showing as a choice when it is not.
Absolute worst customer service! I walked in today to open and checking and savings account and waited over 40 minutes for the manager to assist me, but he didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. (I must say the staff at the teller windows were very nice and almost embarrassed by their managers behavior). I left and went down the street to Synovus Bank and was promptly greeted and my accounts opened. While I was there, the manager even stopped to welcome me to the bank. Now that’s great customer service!
