Drive up always quick pleasant
They was closed but I was able to do what I needed with the ATM.
3/5 stars. The customer service IN PERSON, is good overall. The main issue is their system they have, I been having issues with my checking accounts and not being able to send Zelle payments or wire transfer due to “identity verification” when I would call to their call center, the reps would tell me “my phone number is bad” and they can’t verify me. So I have to drive to here from globe to do what I gotta do.
BEST bank I have ever done business with. Terrific people. Knowledgeable and helpful, fast service.
