BEST bank I have ever done business with. Terrific people. Knowledgeable and helpful, fast service.
Can't get a mailing address right. 3 weeks without a bank card and still counting. Spoke to 3 different drones and none of them know what to do except let me suffer the consequences of their failures. I look forward to the inevitable financial collapse that will cleanse this country of the greed driven corporations and their henchmen.
The whole team here is great, but the real star is Megan. She was kind, friendly, helpful, and really elevated the banking experience to be more than transactional.
I don't bank with chase anymore due to the people working at this bank! Unprofessional and don't know didly! I thought wellsfargo was bad, ha chase takes the cake.. Bank anywhere else!
