Waste of time! Spent several hours dealing with Chase after a business credit card application required that I go into this branch which is 30 minutes away. I did everything they asked, gave them the documents they requested which were sent to the department that's handling my credit application and they confirmed everything was good. Took about an hour here to do that. Come to find out they did not accept that paperwork and asked me to go into the branch to do it again! I tried to call the branch today 100 times and no one ... read more
