They were very helpful and very friendly
Customer service is the worst. The employees don’t value their customers and it appears to be a good deal of discrimination going on. I would recommend avoiding this branch.
Was looking to open an account as they were offering online some good benefits. In reality they don’t do anything locally and put me in contact with someone from JP Morgan. The person called me for an appointment which I had to reschedule. Since no news despite emails I sent. Conclusion, very poor customer service. I m today with Wells Fargo and the PTC office is way more professional than these guys. Would definitely not recommend to anyone
Understaffed and unconcerned with customer service. Latoya, the Branch Manager is AWOL and "there is no Assitant Manager". SHAME ON CHASE!
