Helping staff . The staff will guide properly & very patient with customers to understand the process. Plenty of area for waiting room & comfortable seats. Required an appointment for visit one to one person meetings. Parking area are wide with wheelchair accessible parking. Entrance is also wheelchair accessible.
We drove an hour and a half to this branch because Chase said we had to go to a branch to add my wife to my account. Turns out, ALL the bankers decided to leave early so no one was available to take care of this for us during their posted business hours. So after 3 hours of driving we have to do it again. Terrible Management to allow all your Bankers off at the same time. What bank does this. Oh this branch does.
They were very helpful and very friendly
Customer service is the worst. The employees don’t value their customers and it appears to be a good deal of discrimination going on. I would recommend avoiding this branch.
