Отличное отделение банка!! Сотрудники приветливы, приятны и доброжелательны! Они всегда встречают тебя с улыбкой и готовы сею секунду решать твой вопрос. Есть русскоговорящий специалист, Ирина, это очень приятный человек с сильной и положительной энергетикой! Наша семья просто обожает их 🤗 Так же есть сотрудники, говорящие на польском и испанском языках, ну и естественно на Английском. Всегда всё объяснят и решат. В общем и целом рекомендую GPMorgan
I order my care over a year ago and it has not came in yet I called and they said it will be delivered in 2-3 business days but has not came yet 1star

But what was my surprise when I saw a customer with a dog, and even the staff had a treat for the dog! This is customer-oriented! Polite, kind, friendly, always ready to help Irina Plamadeala! This employee will explain even the most complicated things to you very simply! I always enjoy when I visit this bank!
Horrible bank. Was beneficiary on an account. Been waiting over 4 weeks for payout. Other banks took 30 min. Call branch no one answers, pushes me over to customer service. They can't help because I'm not the account holder. Account holder is deceased. Have never ever received a run around like this.
This bank is ridiculous. Everytime I come here there's always 1 teller and a long line of like 15 people. But when it's super slow then they'll have like 3 tellers. End of the month and beginning of the month is when they should have all hands on deck.
