I have banked with Chase for quite a while now and have been very happy with their services, though this branch was disappointing. We entered the branch at 4:22PM; the branch closes at 5pm. We needed help with a very simple task. Upon entering a woman came out to ask what we needed assistance with. Her appearance was quite unprofessional to say the least. One of the worst branches in entire Indiana, staff just doesn’t care, pretty much useless and un informed on anything.
I "tried to" work with Brandy Bushman to deposit a check into my account, but she declined to help me. She said the quality of the check was in question (it was wet) which is why I came inside. Edit: the check was not wet today, but had signs of being in a moist environment She offered no resolutions except for "you can try to go to another branch to see if they might take it." As if that made any sense. She also stated that she could lose her job over the check, which isn't true considering the amount of checks Chase takes ... read more
