Why is it this is the 2nd time this year that when I go to Chase I leave asking why do I do so much business with them. It is pulling teeth to get anything done. Today it was that out of 20 or so employees not a single one can tell me hypothetical information without calling someone that is off or setting up another meeting on another day. Can't get a hold through the phones all the time. Poor 800 people just keep getting forwarded the calls and they can't transfer you to a branch.
