I went in based on some concerns for my account since I received a notice that Chase was going to close the account within 60 days I scheduled an appointment with this branch. I wasn't familiar with this one as I normally go to Bloomingdale. I had an appointment today at 9:30am today. Always so busy. They disbanded two more atms for after hours which is really nice. Used to have to wait for 5-7 cars everytime you went there after hours.
Employees here are always so helpful and friendly.
A receptionist scheduled-us for an appointment to get a medallion stamp. When we arrived we were told that we were accidentally scheduled during someone’s lunch. Were sent 10 miles away to another branch
