I've been with chase bank for about 16+ years. I have bank accounts and a few credit cards. I Walked in today to ask about a qualifying for an auto loan. The representative was short, rude and quite honestly I felt discriminated against. Our interaction lasted maybe 3 mins and I have never had such a negative banking experience in the entire time I've been with chase. Bad customer servic We take appointmen Thay send the email appointment is 1•30 pm confirmation. We reached to the bank. Thay told your ,is 12•30 it's eastern time we live in central time. Thay told me take another appointment Big inconvenience to the customer bad customer service.Covid is over still playing appointment game
Ms. Andrea she is THE best branch manager Chase has. All the other branches in the area give you the run around. Whenever I have issues I only reach out to her and without fail she delivers. Thank you!
