A receptionist scheduled-us for an appointment to get a medallion stamp. When we arrived we were told that we were accidentally scheduled during someone’s lunch. Were sent 10 miles away to another branch
Very bad staff
I have just become a truck driver and I came to David to open a business account for my company. He asked me where my company was registered and when I learned it was Wyoming, he said that his company had to be registered in Illinois or he would not be able to open the account. I made an appointment with him. Many of my friends have opened bank accounts in different states. I learned that it was possible and I think he acted like this because I did not speak English well. Too busy to pick up the phone. After hours of callimg the manager said "I only have one person here today, and he's booked up, so no one can help you", followed by hanging up on me.
