I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I received today at your branch. I visited the branch at 4:03 PM because I wanted to open a checking account for my son. Even though the branch was still open for another hour, I was told that there were no appointments available. There were two personal bankers present, and only one customer left, but no one was willing to help me. This is the second bad experience I have had at this branch, and it feels like they do not care about helping customers or doing business.
