Naila, (I hope I have spelled her name correctly), was absolutely terrific! I came in looking for a good credit card to use while traveling, and she was able to share all the benefits of each option with me until we found the best fit. She was very kind and pleasant the entire trip. I would love to work with her again!
I was waiting for 1 hr and 30 minutes, and after this period of waiting was informed that actually we need to schedule an appointment. I’ve asked few times if I will get a chance to talk and open an account with a banker but always was informed to wait another 10 minutes. The worst place which I’ve visited and it’s not normal to wait for so long and be informed that I need to make an appointment.
Ana was not trained well. She could not show me proof what she was explaining. I have no issue other location of Chase, but location always something wrong because of poor customer service
Customer service is meh, took a whole 5 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge.
