The ATM drive up was empty so I could pull right up
I’m sharing this one star review because of one person at this branch. His name is James and he is always rude and dismissive. Other than him everyone I encountered at this branch has been lovely. James needs to be taken away from any customer interaction. For reference, I am a private client And have many thousands of dollars at this bank, my business and personal account accounts, and my mortgage, James is a jerk. Because of him, I will move my money elsewhere
