I’m sharing this one star review because of one person at this branch. His name is James and he is always rude and dismissive. Other than him everyone I encountered at this branch has been lovely. James needs to be taken away from any customer interaction. For reference, I am a private client And have many thousands of dollars at this bank, my business and personal account accounts, and my mortgage, James is a jerk. Because of him, I will move my money elsewhere

Amazing customer service, by everyone. Very nice, old school bank too! They still have window service! Wow. Anyway I had a great experience. To the girl complaining about being asked to leave the parking lot, even if a cop sees you, he will ask you to leave too. It's common sense, they are being protective of the bank and afraid you are planning to break in etc.
