Wanted help from Chase bank to set up an account. The lady Sara Gillespie, associate relationship banker was rude and confrontational. It is as if we are giving her trouble and asking her for a favor to start an account at Chase. We decided not to go into Chase and just did it online. Online service was quick and the phone call with Chase service agents was informational. I would say if you don't want to be treated badly just use the online app and phone service.
ATM broken almost EVERY TIME I come through!!!
