They are the absolute best every time I have had to do any in-person banking some one has been Johnny on the spot everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else
Sunday Bank closed and the atm dosnt work
Incredible staff, and the best associates out of any Chase bank possible But the ATM has got to Muhfuggin go, twice in a month I’ve deposited close to 6000$ and both times I’ve had to wait a week to get my Money back and file a claim because the ATM broke, I am officially gonna part ways with Chase today I can’t afford to wait a week for that much money, what a joke

Worst bank ever! I reported fraud and they disputed the money, and two weeks later basically STOLE all the money I had left for gas/bills because they thought I was lying about my claim. Not only did someone STEAL from me, but apparently your bank is allowed to take the money back if they think you are lying AFTER I told them I did not make these transactions. Basically, they told me I transferred $60 to someone, to a card number that does not belong to me or anyone I know and “forgot about it” I don’t think so. Chase has lo... read more
