Stopped in on Friday morning. The teller I had could not have been nicer and more professional. Was extremely attentive with very good knowledge of the company's products, and attention to detail.
I had read some bad reviews about this location but my personal experience was extremely pleasant. I was warmly greeted upon entering the building. The teller that assisted me could not have been more polite and friendly. The second teller joined in on the conversation and also was very polite. The building itself was very clean. Well done at this location!!
Everyone is sitting there and won’t open the doors 10 after 9 am
The ATM is regularly out of order.
Just attempted to have my 19 year old son close his account at this location. He said the female behind the desk rudely gave him a card and told him he would need to make an appointment. I have been banking for several years and never heard of such a practice. He certainly didn't need an appointment to open an account. Chase should be ashamed to employ such poor customer service employees and business practices!
