The ATM is regularly out of order.
Just attempted to have my 19 year old son close his account at this location. He said the female behind the desk rudely gave him a card and told him he would need to make an appointment. I have been banking for several years and never heard of such a practice. He certainly didn't need an appointment to open an account. Chase should be ashamed to employ such poor customer service employees and business practices!
Fantastic customer service,no line to wait. Always have a smile on their faces. I drive from across town to do all my personal business at this location.
