I closed a business bank account with them online over two months ago and I have still not received a check with the balance that I had remaining. After three weeks of calling customer service, I finally had a meeting setup at this branch to get a new check sent out. That was three weeks ago and the check has still not arrived. I had a last minute transaction that had to be done today. I walked into Chase at 15 minutes till closing. Not only did they take care of all my needs, but everyone was so friendly! Even with them about to close for the day, they all had smiles for me and I left there with such a positive experience! Thanks for taking care of me. 😊
Awful branch whose ATMs are almost always broken. Worthless.
