This bank has the most friendly staff. They're helpful and considerate, good at building customer relationships. Chase staff in Huntley could learn a thing or two.

I just moved to Marengo last month. My first trip to this local bank was very disappointing and very impersonal. I asked to see someone due to a $50 discrepancy in the conversion of an overseas transfer. The manger told me there was nothing that they could do, and that the amount credited, was the amount they received. It was Not. And we will definitely see about this! We waited 25 minutes for the banker Melissa as she talked to a customer chit chatting then told us she was unable to help because it was closing time and it takes 30 minutes to help us with what we needed even though the tellers told me it would take about ten she lied and has very poor customer service all would have taken is fifteen minutes and would have kept two customers needless to say I'll be banking elsewhere now........
