This branch is horrible and also never answers a call. Avoid Fred unless you want wrong forms and incompetence
I had a meeting with Brandon Mendoza and Juan Gaytan both are very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my situation and my needs. They helped me with what was best for my needs. I even got a call from Brandon Mendoza today to let me know he took care of something I was waiting on to be taken care. Thank you Brandon Mendoza and Juan Gaytan I feel I made the right decisions that is best for me.
Disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The blonde woman working at the front had a rude and dismissive attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. I previously worked as a teller for Chase Bank and have also been a customer for many years. I’ve never felt unwelcome at a branch before, so this really stood out. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but professionalism and courtesy should still be maintained. I’ve always held Chase to a higher standard and hope this experience isn’t the norm.
Wife and I both had our accounts unjustifiably terminated without any explanation from Chase. Payroll, bills, rent all were put on hold because we had no debit cards and now bank accounts to use. Chase held the money in our accounts and now refuses to send us checks for our funds in our accounts. Call customer service and no help. Really pathetic customer service. I consider this theft. Had to get a new bank. Can’t recommend Chase to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
