This location tries to charge its credit card customers for check cashing. The check was from a Chase checking account. This is the only location I've had to deal with this. If you have the same issue, any other branch can help free of charge.
Why have a phone number if no one is ever going to pick up!! Your representative calls me asking me to reach out to private client advisor as/if I need it. But whenever I call the branch - no one picks up ever. Waste of time.
