Absolutely terrible experience here. I have never seen such bad customer service at Chase. I have been to branches in Indiana and other Chicago suburbs and have never been treated with such disrespect. The person who helped us was a blonde lady, I believe her name was Ms. Anderson. First, as I come in with mom, she looks at me up and down, staring at my clothes and company badge with a condescending attitude (I had just come back from work. A big glorified ATM. No tellers and no cash on hand (other than atms). Full size bank building without the bank functionality....makes sense? No.
Got what I needed done in 5 mins at the teller line. The branch manager of the other Chase was too lazy to do this. Thank you!
Went to cash in a bond and was told that this location was an all digital branch. There is no longer a desk with tellers to help you. But still 4 - 5 employees wandering around to tell all the disappointed customers that they need to talk to a machine. 3 customers left including me, all stating how unconvinced we all were that we came to take care of our banking but was unable to complete it since their 1 "smart ATM" machine could not handle each of our request.
