June 8, 2026 I walked into Chase bank on Shady Oak Dr by Jewel, in Elgin. A Miss A. Arellanes helped me set up the online banking app on my phone, well within the industry standard amount of time.
Horrible experience. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. We had to drive to another branch to be assisted. I’ve never had this problem at my local chase! Do NOT go here!!
