balance transfer scam with autopay on same month
Did a balance transfer with them and they had autopay pay off the entire amount that same month. Then they say that can't talk about it over the phone b/c their balance transfer team is "back of house".
Eric at the teller line was so nice and helped me deposit checks with no issue and transfer funds between accounts. The main lobby was clean, the music wasn’t too loud, and everyone was pleasant.
