Avoid this branch like the plague. I went into the branch in November 2024 (it is now March 2025) to open new accounts to to take advantage of new account offers that would have given me $900 in bonuses if I met certain criteria (amounts in account and direct deposit). Their employee, as it turns out only signed me up for a $300 deal and even though I had proof of what I offer wanted him to sign me up for, they will not honor that. I went in to change the last name on my account on a Friday, and they were very busy. The man at the entrance let me know I could make an appointment at the counter, and the woman at the counter was very kind and helpful creating that appointment for me. When I came back for my appointment, I was helped by Joel. He was very informative and friendly. Update - I have since been here twice and did not have any issues with getting cash out! This Chase is closest to my home, and yesterday I attempted to go for the first time to use the ATM - and yes I read that sometimes the ATM is not working, but I figured, what are the chances that it wouldn't be fixed by now.... well not just one, but both drive-up ATMs were not working. ATMs are practically the only reason I physically go to banks... so it is saddening that this one's ATMs don't work... If by chance I ever try them agai... read more
