James the Manager at Chase Bank in Cary, IL is a super great guy and he’s also very kind and friendly! I received a follow up customer service call today to see how my experience was last week and he was very appreciative and attentively listening to me. BEWARE OF CALLS FROM THIS BRANCH!! This number called someone recently stating that their PIN had been stolen. It was NOT Chase bank. As a result, their account was wiped out.
James was very rude, impatient and dismissive. I was trying to exchange some coins into cash, he had no patience and stopped helping me halfway through. He basically disappeared and did not want to help, James need some training on being patient and customer service.
