BEWARE OF CALLS FROM THIS BRANCH!! This number called someone recently stating that their PIN had been stolen. It was NOT Chase bank. As a result, their account was wiped out.
James was very rude, impatient and dismissive. I was trying to exchange some coins into cash, he had no patience and stopped helping me halfway through. He basically disappeared and did not want to help, James need some training on being patient and customer service.
I had to take a moment to recognize the incredible service my family received from Josh and Joel at Chase Bank in Cary, IL.
