As a Chase Private Client customer, I expected a much higher level of service from the Wauconda branch. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Because I travel overseas frequently, I requested newer U.S. currency notes (2017 series or newer), as many foreign money changers prefer or require newer bills. Despite having plenty of staff available, no one was willing to accommodate my request and instead provided multiple excuses without offering any helpful solution. The branch is convenient living Volo. However I hate to go into the bank or even use the outside ATM because curb into the parking lot is such a jolt. And the parking itself is a travesty of bumpy, deteriorating blacktop. Chase should be ashamed!
It’s not the bank it’s the human factor. The lady at the drive up window did nothing to help in the situation I had, after leaving the bank I called the manager Jake to complain, if he was informed on the spot I believe I would not be writing this review…but he was not. I believe he knew they should’ve handled this differently but was trying to stick up for his employees. I will not bank at this bank and will encourage my mother to move to a different more friendly bank
