We purchased a scanner to be able to process our checks in April of this year. We are having issues where it is not compatible and a business banker was supposed to come to our office to help up get it set up. We have been reaching out to her since April and she hasn’t responded to me since August. So now I have to go to the bank daily to do in person deposits and I’m getting charged a monthly fee to be processing these checks that I am inconvenienced to have to bring in. Unfriendly teller would recommend going to the other branch
I had a great experience with Chase Bank on Saturday, May 24, 2025. The employees there are all super nice and they helped me with my financial needs at a time of starting a new job. Getting everything set up was super quick and easy and I really enjoyed working with Chase Bank as our family has for years. (Written 6-3-25)
Branch never picks up the phone. Always have a problem getting ahold of our bank!
I provided my son with a Cashier's Check from my bank, Baxter Credit Union (BCU) for an automobile purchase. The teller at Chase when he went to deposit the check refused to validate the check so funds for the purchase would be available immediately. Which is the reason for a cashier's check. We took the check back to BCU and they provided me cash instead, which I then gave to my son.
