Have had nothing but great experiences with this Chase branch. Opened credit cards, cashed cashiers checks, countless desposits/withdrawels. Location deserves far better rating than the current repetitive 1 star review repeatedely being left. Great branch from my experience.

We purchased a scanner to be able to process our checks in April of this year. We are having issues where it is not compatible and a business banker was supposed to come to our office to help up get it set up. We have been reaching out to her since April and she hasn’t responded to me since August. So now I have to go to the bank daily to do in person deposits and I’m getting charged a monthly fee to be processing these checks that I am inconvenienced to have to bring in. I had a great experience with Chase Bank on Saturday, May 24, 2025. The employees there are all super nice and they helped me with my financial needs at a time of starting a new job. Getting everything set up was super quick and easy and I really enjoyed working with Chase Bank as our family has for years. (Written 6-3-25)
