Staff and teller were friendly. Store was clean and appealing to the eyes, modern.
The customer service was really bad the man👎👎👎 the take care of us was complaining about my son not speaking Spanish and make a rude comment olso he didn't close the account I asked to do it this happen at 1 pm never want to talk to tha man ever 👎👎👎👎
The customer service at this location is subpar. I strongly recommend you consider visiting another branch instead. Upon my visit, I observed that the store was entirely devoid of customers. This lack of patronage is understandable, and I am certain that I will not be returning to this branch. It is concerning that the establishment appears to be underperforming, as it suggests a lack of motivation among its staff.
Came to the open an account on a weekdays and was told that the banker was in a meeting until a half hour before closing and therefore could not help. Did offer to schedule an appointment but opted to go to a branch that was more motivated to assist.
