The customer service at this location is subpar. I strongly recommend you consider visiting another branch instead. Upon my visit, I observed that the store was entirely devoid of customers. This lack of patronage is understandable, and I am certain that I will not be returning to this branch. It is concerning that the establishment appears to be underperforming, as it suggests a lack of motivation among its staff.
Came to the open an account on a weekdays and was told that the banker was in a meeting until a half hour before closing and therefore could not help. Did offer to schedule an appointment but opted to go to a branch that was more motivated to assist.
I had the great pleasure of speaking with Byron Chew this morning, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. No one picks the phone, if anything is needed you have to drive to the branch. Very poor customer service.
