No one picks the phone, if anything is needed you have to drive to the branch. Very poor customer service.
Great service and super friendly. I love those going to this Chase branch.
I am a long time Chase customer and have been really satisfied with the bank and even have convinced many of my friends to switch from Wells Fargo or Bank of America to Chase. My last visit to this branch to meet with Byron, which bad been nice up to that point, left me flabbergasted! I had talked to him earlier before going there to let him know that we are pressed for time and would really appreciate it if they could be ready for us. Got stood up for an appointment by Joshua. Didn’t receive a call, voicemail or email that he would not make it. Found out when I arrived for the appointment.
