Good service
No lobby atm, only went inside as there was a 6 car line at the sole atm in the lot. Tellers have zero sense of urgency. I appreciate that they are nice but the Sloth in Zootopia at the dmv moved faster. Representatives in every cubicle and office but 1 person to help regular banking customers? Wow.
I had an excellent experience working with Brian at Chase Bank in St. John, IN. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Brian does. Highly recommend asking for him!
