Cash deposit into ATM malfunctioned. I've always been wary about depositing cash without an envelope but have done it a few times and it worked but this time the machine stalled and didn't give a receipt or record the transaction. I had to submit a claim online. I'll never deposit cash into an ATM again.
I would give a zero but there's no an option for that. It was very simple, I just wanted to open a new account, I had all the documents they asked for and this guy Brian S. Dahlin started to ask questions about my migratory status and other confidential information that I don't have to share just to open a new account. At the end he said it wasn't possible and I felt really uncomfortable with this racist situation. I don't recommend it at all.
If I could give you a ZERO STAR a would. The lady holding the tablet gave this looks like if I was going to steal something and so the teller. I was with my family, been with Chase for almost 10 years, this is not my normal location, I just stopped to open another account but after this, not sure if I want to give my business to chase. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION IS YOU CAN.
