We frequented this branch when we lived nearby and always had excellent service. During my recent visit to Farmington Hills, I stopped by this branch and the service was excellent. I was in and out in just 10 minutes, super quick and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the experience smooth. Definitely a reliable spot.
You have to get the right person to get things done at this Chase branch. Albert is one of the people who knows what to do and he is very helpful. I didn't have the best outcome when I worked with another person a few years ago trying to put a few accounts in the name of a trust. They simply didn't follow through and get the job done. Recent experience has been much better, closing and opening accounts, and I've only worked with Albert since.
I had an excellent experience working with Emily at Chase. From the moment I sat down with her, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. If it wasn't for Will and Albert, this would be a 1 star review. These two gentlemen did what they could while the manager hid in their office and refused to see me. I have been having a lot of issues with my accounts, attempting to get them set up properly (As a PLATINUM Business Account holder).
