Great service in the building or drive through. Really a friendly bank that understands customer service.
In a day when it is so difficult to get good service anywhere. I just had the best service in years. Ive banked at chase for almost 20 years, and have my moms accounts there as well. I recently closed my moms savings account, and I needed some documentation regarding the closed account, I needed help with some new bank fees that were added to my moms checking account, and a withdrawal and some other things for myself. NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE BRANCH LEVEL. GO THROUGH ALL THE PROMPTS ON THE RECORDING WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
