I’ve never had an issue with this bank until today, with Leslie Johnson.. with whom i had a meeting scheduled with to start a new business account. She called me before the meeting to tell me I don’t have the proper paperwork to open the account, (she had no idea what I did or didn’t have) but couldn’t tell me what I needed. Why can’t I schedule a meeting at this branch using my Chase app to get a document notarized? Every other branch shows up but this one. A better question might be, why the hell doesn’t Chase have bankers that are accessible to without scheduling an appointment? They believe they are the most important people on the planet. In fact, it is their customers that are the most important. I am pulling out almost a half million from Chase later this week. Customer service NOT. Understaffed. Trying to get info on a cd. Robots telling you to go online to get info. Obviously human help is not the norm.

This Chase Bank branch offers a disappointing experience - with a poorly maintained exterior and driveway that give the impression it’s closing! The ATM frequently fails to process cash, often rejecting it and preventing deposits. Beware of all their stupid fees...
