Why can’t I schedule a meeting at this branch using my Chase app to get a document notarized? Every other branch shows up but this one. A better question might be, why the hell doesn’t Chase have bankers that are accessible to without scheduling an appointment? They believe they are the most important people on the planet. Customer service NOT. Understaffed. Trying to get info on a cd. Robots telling you to go online to get info. Obviously human help is not the norm.

This Chase Bank branch offers a disappointing experience - with a poorly maintained exterior and driveway that give the impression it’s closing! The ATM frequently fails to process cash, often rejecting it and preventing deposits. Beware of all their stupid fees...
