This place does a good job trying to deal with other closed locations. Went to open another savings account and Cathy hackett was great i was a bit frustrated and she fixed the situation . They always have a good attitude even if you don't.
I’ve never had an issue with this bank until today, with Leslie Johnson.. with whom i had a meeting scheduled with to start a new business account. She called me before the meeting to tell me I don’t have the proper paperwork to open the account, (she had no idea what I did or didn’t have) but couldn’t tell me what I needed. She proceeded to tell me to “google it” She is incredibly rude & unprofessional for absolutely no reason, other than she doesn’t know what she’s doing so she takes it out on others? No idea.. Why can’t I schedule a meeting at this branch using my Chase app to get a document notarized? Every other branch shows up but this one. A better question might be, why the hell doesn’t Chase have bankers that are accessible to without scheduling an appointment? They believe they are the most important people on the planet. In fact, it is their customers that are the most important. I am pulling out almost a half million from Chase later this week. Customer service NOT. Understaffed. Trying to get info on a cd. Robots telling you to go online to get info. Obviously human help is not the norm.
