My favorite part about this place is that the ATM vestibule closes at 5 p.m., making it highly inconvenient in an otherwise very convient location.
You cant acces the ATM'S, I went at like 7pm the doors are locked and all access to ATMS are shut down...why
What an absolutely crappy ATM branch location. Cause after the bank branch closes at 5pm. Good luck trying to get into use the atm cause the card scanner isn't just broken...it's gone completely. Just shows you how cheap Chase or this branch in particular is for not fixing it or posting about it unavailable. Just pure laziness on the part of this branch manager. What a way to showcase how Chase Bank has become in the high shopping district of the Mag Mike.
They didn't even bother to pick up the phone; they hung up on you, and the client is left alone and without a way to make an appointment. Horrible customer service.
