I was in this branch the other day to make a transaction. While I was there, a woman in a wheelchair was unable to get inside because the accessible door was broken. I offered to get help for her. Although the security guard inside the bank initially appeared uninterested, I pressed the issue and eventually he went outside. I assume he manually opened the door because the woman with mobility restrictions appeared in the bank a few minutes later. Very few Chase branches that give foreign exchange. Even less are open on Saturdays. When I finally got to this one, they wanted to charge me 7% surcharge and I’m supposedly a special customer.. and no restrooms for customers. I keep asking myself lately. Why am I using Chase?

ATM after-hours access card reader door opener isn't working or never worked. Why having it at all if you disabled it on purpose or never fixed it?
