Couldn't get money cause the scanner outside would recognize my Google pay nor the physical card tapped or inserted. Very inconvenient when you're pressed for time and can't get to another one
This branch is so horrible I am considering no longer banking with Chase all together after 25 years. Good luck getting anyone to talk to you. The AI phone tree doesn’t even let you leave a voicemail. If you want to do anything you can’t do in the app just switch banks. And they’re only open 9-5 - so going in person is conveniently out of the question for most.
What's the point of having an ATM that's closed on weekends and also on weekdays after 5pm ?!!
I can’t use the atm after hours. The card insert that’s supposed to unlock the doors does not work!
