The slowest location I’ve ever been to, took 35 minutes with one person in line just for a withdraw.

I generally try to leave some space between particularly troubling situations and leaving a review, so I can process what took place and decide if leaving feedback is worthwhile. It feels worthwhile and necessary in this situation. I'm an African American professional--a physician. It was an 85 degree day and I was wearing some of my favorite shorts and a polo. Staff members are AWESOME in every way, every time. Have always had nothing but excellent service in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere every time I have been using this branch!
