This is the worst bank location. They don’t offer anything to chase customers. They do have an atm and it’s completely remodeled. But for what? The employees aren’t certified to take care of clients and there was only one other person inside working. This place is a joke.
While there aren't any tellers at this location, Orlando was able to do everything we needed today. A friendly guy with great customer service.
This branch had no signage on the front. Telling you it's a CHASE BANK. They had no person tellers. Just the machines. Also just staff. It's so clean. But I left and went to their other branch on Ashland Ave for live tellers, Um, real people versus a machine.
