The staff at this location are great, no complaints. However, it's 2026 and somehow the ATM (the only one available outside of business hours) is broken more than it's functional. And the vestibule ATM is only accessible during business hours?? Who made that decision? I routinely end up paying to access my money at the BofA ATM a block away. I just love Rachel, she is the best teller
Staff is excellent. Eduardo helped me with a complicated matter and he knocked it out of the park. Awesome job. Only wish the secured atm vestibule was open earlier and later in the day on the weekends. Otherwise great experience.
ATM is always broken
Update: As of 8/22/26, outside ATM works with tap now. As other reviews have said, the outside ATM doesn’t read a card. Don’t waste your time. Will update this review if I ever discover it is fixed.
