Terrible service . With appointment they took another person and didn’t have any regard to my appointment that was scheduled
Very disappointing experience at this Chase branch. A new employee seemed poorly trained and was handling deposits on his own. I was told I had to provide my ssn because my cash deposit was “too large” and needed to be reported, but no proper explanation was given. After I questioned it, they suddenly said it was actually optional. What’s worse, the employee threw away a paper containing my ssn directly into the trash. This is the absolute worst Chase Bank branch in the entire country. They can't even manage the most basic level of customer service. There are a few individual staff members at this branch who are truly rotten apples. Just look at the empty lobby and ATMs. They should just shut this place down!
