Be honest, I'm kind of sorry to leave this one star review, their services has improved a lot in the past few years. However, one of the security they hired just ruined all their efforts. Never seen a security can be such rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and racially discriminatory. I'm talking about the old southern Asian guy. He's repeatedly spoke to customers in a hostile, condescending tone, barking orders, order that doesn't make any sense, but just for his own pleasure.

My mom has praised a lot on how she received amazing service and advice from assistant Nongrui Zhong in this branch. She was trying to adjust her deposit account, and throughout the process, all her questions were answered clearly, and each steps on the process were explained to her in detail, assistant were always available when my mom reaches out as well. therefore she told me to leave a review on this great service.
