Very friendly and efficient staff.
The Staff here is very friendly, professional and competent. I was able to schedule an appointment to open a new account in a very reasonable amount of time, and the Banker Jesus was accurately and efficiently convey to me the options for opening up a new account, taking into consideration my prior experience with chase, and also providing some important initial advice about financial planning for my goals in settling in as a New York Resident in 2025 and onwards.
