I’ve been coming once a month for the past 2 years to deposit checks for my dad. Each time, the employees are friendly and approachable. Everyone acknowledges you when you walk in, and the tellers make eye contact and smile so you know they know you’re there. I don’t get to fill out the surveys that get sent after visiting a branch, but I would have given a glowing review each time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went there today to discuss account options and they had me sitting for several minutes even though their employee was free. The entire time I sat in the chair their employee that goes over the rates kept looking at me and yet never called me to his desk to go over the rates.
