Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went there today to discuss account options and they had me sitting for several minutes even though their employee was free. The entire time I sat in the chair their employee that goes over the rates kept looking at me and yet never called me to his desk to go over the rates. Bank is disgusting. There was a mouse in the atm room

No one works here. There is only ever one person here and despite them not sitting with anyone they cannot help because they have an "appointment". It ridiculous. They get paid to come in and sit and do nothing. This is the 5th time i have witness this. Taking my business to a new location.
