Standard banking. No issues
They holded my check for 11 days and then restricted my account after crediting it. Then they didn’t let me move my money and i called them and they said we have decided not to keep your account with us and we are deleting your account. I dont know why they held my money after realsing they again held it. They made my life hell. Worst bank ever, i would never recommend this bank to anyone. Pathetic and unprofessional services given to customers
I would give a zero star. Banking with Chase since I was a teen. Their Overall 2.5 star is a testament of their substandard customer service. I bank with them for convenience : Chase bank is easily accessible. I Walked in 11/28/25 came to open acct for children. Wait was long. but the issue wasn’t the wait. A female personnel wasn’t able to help because she had a scheduled 1pm appt . She went to ask the another male bank personnel to help. I assume his answer was no.
