Excellent customer service! Always a great experience whenever I go to this branch.
Friendly staff. Estefany was very helpful and attentive assisting me with the setup of my business account. I will be using this location for all my banking needs
The business accounts department at this branch is extremely slow. Service is inefficient, and wait times are far too long. The staff also show unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend visiting this branch, as it is a waste of time.

I had an issue with a Cashiers Check that was lost and the Branch Manager Kathy and the gentleman named Justin that helped me as well, were both amazing and super helpful. They both took their time to resolved my issue. Would definitely recommend this Chase branch anytime. Simply amazing, and even though it was closing time, they were happy to help. Thank you for taking your time and for all the help!!!
