I had an issue with a Cashiers Check that was lost and the Branch Manager Kathy and the gentleman named Justin that helped me as well, were both amazing and super helpful. They both took their time to resolved my issue. Would definitely recommend this Chase branch anytime. Simply amazing, and even though it was closing time, they were happy to help. Thank you for taking your time and for all the help!!!

I had a great experience at this branch. After an abysmal morning at TD bank and another nearby chase, I came here to help an international student open a bank account with her newly received SSN. We were immediately helped by a teller who found us the soonest appointment, and our Banker, Estefany, was incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Extremely rude highly recommend everyone avoids this place. Never had an interaction with this bank that wasn’t bad. I’m in there call list and they call with an attitude.. Aaron fletcher is the person who called me last that made me take action.
