Every time I visit this bank location, I’m always well taken care of. Today, I spoke with Lexi and asked if there were any credit repair classes or financial management resources available. She took the time to show me helpful features on the mobile app that could assist with budgeting and saving. A few hours after I left, Lexi personally called me to let me know she had just received an email about an upcoming savings and budgeting workshop. They ate very friendly and customer service to the fullest
Super slow and don't pay that great of attention and don't seem that prepared. Update - Sat here today at the drive thru window for 10-15 minutes before anyone ever came to the window and the gentleman who came didn't even greet me just said anyone help you while my slip and if was in the drawer for my transaction. The customer service here is terrible but unfortunately I can not give less than one star and this is the close chase to where I am.
