I would like to give a huge thank you to Toya for making sure I was taken care of during a stressful situation. I experienced an issue with the ATM, but Toya reassured me every step of the way and took initiative to get things resolved quickly. She went above and beyond, accomplishing more than the CLAIMS AND FRAUD DEPARTMENT, and her dedication truly did not go unnoticed. She deserves all the recognition and appreciation.
I’ll never go back to this bank again. The customer service was terrible. I was really looking forward to opening an account, but there was no one available to help me. The person at the front desk told me I would have to wait an hour or come back later.
