Not sure what has been going on with the ATM at this location, but it takes FOREVER to deposit money, then it never deposits the full amount!

Soooooo: Here I am, at the Chase Bank in Stockbridge, and I attempted to deposit a check. I first tried it in the ATM, but the card reader didn't work... So: I then attempted to access the front lobby with not just my checking account card, but also my business account debit card, and that didn't work! So: From the consumer's perspective, how do we expect to even do business with a bank if it's inaccessible after hours??? I asked them if they could help me because I had a problem with the ATM and they said no in a very disrespectful way.
